Students who have graduated from our department with a Ph.D. in recent years have been successful securing post-doctoral, full-time teaching, tenure-track, and administrative positions at liberal arts colleges and universities within three years of graduation. Students are guided by faculty throughout the process of the job search, from professionalization to letter writing to campus interviews.
