Religious Studies Review

Rice is also home to the Council of Societies for the Study of Religion (CSSR), a federation of learned societies in the field of religion interested in enhancing and coordinating the field as a whole. CSSR publishes two quarterly journals, Religious Studies Review, which provides major review essays and short reviews for most publications in religious studies, and The Council of Societies for the Study of Religion Bulletin, which publishes current perspectives and issues on the study of religion. »
